Dublin, Ohio has always been known for their schools, now the Columbus, Ohio suberb will soon be on the map for the redevelopment of 1000 acres in Dublin. The area to be redeveloped is located directly inside interstate 270 between Dublin - Granville Road (161) and Sawmill Road. The area will eventually include new single family homes, condos, lofts and apartments for residential living. The new homes will be located in an area will offer easy access to work through mass transit through Dublin.
The current Dublin Village shopping center will be redeveloped into a new retail and office also known as a mixed use "Town Center.

I was recently given a referral (YAY, we love those!) for a buyer couple who recently moved to the area. Those can be challenging AND fun! Most of the time, those buyers aren't real sure exactly where they want to live yet, etc. Well, Matt and Jessie chose the beautiful Grove City area after much looking and consideration! I think we looked at every house in their price range, lost out on a short sale, lost a bidding war, then miraculously the home they loved came back, the agent called me right away, and they just closed on their lovely home in Grove City! Congratulations Matt and Jessie!! I know you will be very happy in your new home. I look forward to being your realtor for life...you are stuck with me :)
If you or anyone you know is in the market to buy or sell, call us today! We love what we do and more importantly, we take exceptional care of our clients.

More housing coming to downtown Columbus, OH!!!
"Lifestyle Communities’ plans to expand its Annex at River South housing development has gotten past the city’s Downtown Commission review but not before a contentious debate over the development panel’s lack of jurisdiction in supporting the preservation of aged buildings."
