According to the Market Report - a publication of Keller Williams Consultants - Hart Property Advisors (http://www.homesourcecolumbus.com ) by Kevin Hart - the number of homes for sale in Dublin, OH was 509, up 5.8% from 480 in December. This is the 2nd consecutive month where the number of homes for sale increased.
The average price of homes for sale was $338,983, which was up from $333,139 in December. Likewise the median price of homes for sale - the number at which half of the homes listed for sale were for more and half were for less - increased 3.98% to $263,446.
"The average list price continues to to increase in Dublin, OH while days on the market continue fall," said Kevin Hart from Hart Property Advisors who released the study. "Great time for buyers and sellers, rates are still at an all-time low."
The prices varied according to the size of the homes
- 2 bedroom - $154,770 - a decrease of 1.55% from December
- 3 bedroom - $265,719 - an increase of 0.45% from December
- 4 bedroom - $416,982 - an increase of 0.15% from December
- 5 bedroom - $859,003 - a decrease of 2.67% from December
The average home for sale has 3 bedrooms and 2.47 bathrooms.
