I was recently given a referral (YAY, we love those!) for a buyer couple who recently moved to the area.  Those can be challenging AND fun!  Most of the time, those buyers aren't real sure exactly where they want to live yet, etc.  Well, Matt and Jessie chose the beautiful Grove City area after much looking and consideration!  I think we looked at every house in their price range, lost out on a short sale, lost a bidding war, then miraculously the home they loved came back, the agent called me right away, and they just closed on their lovely home in Grove City!  Congratulations Matt and Jessie!!  I know you will be very happy in your new home.  I look forward to being your realtor for life...you are stuck with me :)
